Our team, including physician assistants like Katie French and other key staff members, undergoes rigorous training to master new technologies, procedures, and techniques. This includes: Attending industry-leading workshops, seminars, and conferences. Participating in hands-on training sessions from leading experts and manufacturers of aesthetic devices and products, Earning certifications and completing courses to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
Appointment Booking
Clients can schedule appointments through our website, by calling us (518)-244-3558, or by visiting our spa. To secure your appointment, we kindly request a credit card. Rest assured, no charges will occur until the moment of your appointment. A confirmation will be sent via email or text upon booking. We look forward to welcoming you and delivering the best possible experience.
Payment Information
We accept cash, major credit cards, Ehden Aesthetics gift cards, and online payment. Personal checks are not accepted. Full payment is expected at the time of service. Any outstanding balances from previous appointments must be settled before booking a new appointment.
Consultations
We offer personalised complimentary consultations prior to most treatments to ensure our services meet your expectations and are suitable for your needs. These consultations are mandatory for first-time clients and may be required before certain treatments.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We request at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee of $50.00. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of $50.00 will be charged. If a client has cancelled or failed to show up for an appointment more than 3 times, they will be required to prepay the full amount for any future services in order to secure their booking. Please note that the prepaid amount is nonrefundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Ehden Medical Aesthetics.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust or shorten your treatment to accommodate the next client. Full service charges will apply despite reduced treatment time.
Refunds
All treatments and skincare product sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. However, defective skincare products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
